A gate takes more punishment than any panel on your boundary. It gets opened and slammed hundreds of times a year, so it needs a braced frame, proper ironmongery and posts set deep in concrete. That's how we build every one.
For side access we make gates to match the fence run — same boards, same height, same finish — so the boundary reads as one job. For driveways we'll talk through timber, timber infill in a steel frame, or ornamental metal, and be honest about what suits the span and the ground.
Most single side gates are fitted in one visit, with the old gate and fittings taken away. Everything comes with our 12-month workmanship guarantee, and we'll come back and reset the hinges if a gate ever needs adjusting.

FAQ
Yes. Send us a photo of the run and we'll match the boards, height and finish so the gate reads as part of the fence, not a bolt-on.
Yes — galvanised adjustable hook-and-band hinges, a key-lockable latch or drop bolt, and gate posts set in concrete. It all comes as part of the quote.
Deeper post footings, a braced frame, and adjustable hinges we can reset if the gate ever needs tweaking. Wide driveway gates get a steel frame with timber infill.
One gate is a perfectly normal job for us. Most side gate swaps are done in a single visit, with the old gate taken away.
We install timber, composite-infill and ornamental metal gates. We don't fit the automation electrics ourselves, but we hang gates ready for an installer to power up.
